Schedule of Classes

For Knoxville Campus Students:

The UTK Timetable allows current and prospective UTK students to see what online courses are being offered in a particular term by searching the schedule of classes.

For Knoxville campus residential students*, including Dual Enrollment students:  

• From the UTK Timetable, select the appropriate term and submit.
• If you are searching for online classes offered in a specific subject area, select the subject from the list.
• To find online courses across all subject areas, follow the instructions at the top of the page to select ALL “Subjects,” so that your search includes every relevant course offered in your chosen semester.
• Under “Instructional Method,” select “Internet/Web Based/Online.”
• Under “Campus,” select UT Knoxville.
• If looking for courses that meet specific general education categories: Under “Attribute Type,” choose the general education categories you are looking to fulfill (note, you can select more than one by using the “Control + Click” instructions at the top of the page).
• Click the “Class Search” button. This will populate a full list of courses coded as online within the selected general education categories.

If you need to search for a different category, change the “Attribute Type.”

*If you attempt to register for an online section in MyUTK that does not match the campus code of your program, you will receive an error message describing the campus restriction.

Important: Click on the course name from the Class Schedule Listing and review the Detailed Class Information Page. Departments often use this area to share important information about your online class, including links to additional information about meeting times.
